Meet Our Cleaning Team
Big Ben Cleaning Services are professional cleaning experts who specialize in carpet, furnace, tile, dryer vent cleaning and removing unwanted odors. We serve Cochrane, Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere, Canmore, Banff, and surrounding areas, and have been doing so since 1987.
Larry is a small business development professional with over 30 years experience. His goal is to take small service based businesses and develop them into successful, thriving, industry leading businesses based on integrity, quality and unparalleled service.
Larry is a fun loving guy who cares deeply about his family and community. He has 4 boys, a granddaughter and a beautiful wife named Marla. Larry is a devoted family man who takes every opportunity to spend quality time with them. Larry also donates to a lot of causes he values.
He grew up in Manitoba and at the age of 21 he made the decision to move to Calgary where he continued his career in business. He has since grown to be a successful small business developer as he has grown multiple businesses over the years.
Since his acquisition of Big Ben Cleaning in 2014, he has grown the business by over 2000% and he did this by following his beliefs in offering quality, integrity and a superior customer service experience. Over the years, Big Ben Cleaning has won multiple consumer choice awards and is now one of the top rated cleaning companies in southern Alberta.
Myles, originally from Montreal, has been perfecting the art of cleaning for over 20 years. Since 2010, he’s proudly called Airdrie home sweet home.
From furnace and duct cleaning to carpet care, Myles works his magic with a smile. Myles and Larry met through a mutual friend in 2015 shortly after Larry took over the company.
Myles felt compelled to partner with Larry on this journey as he found the plan to grow a very small local service business while changing the scarred culture and reputation of the cleaning industry through integrity, quality and unparalleled service to be a terrific challenge and worthy task.
As an operations manager and dedicated business partner, he ensures every job is tackled with precision and professionalism.
But Myles isn’t just about business, he’s also deeply rooted in the community. When he’s not busy making homes sparkle, you’ll find him lending a hand in local clean-up efforts and supporting charitable causes.
Josh is the youngest technician on our team, and he has been involved with Big Ben since he was 16 years old.
Calgary born and raised, he loves the city, but his ideal day is getting out in the mountains.
Whether it be hiking, skiing, or exploring, he loves all things outdoors.
He is passionate about business and takes pride in working towards doing all that he does to the highest standard.
Jason has been a part of our team since 2018 but has been in the cleaning industry for 24 years, so he is able to take an educated approach with his customers.
In his spare time, he takes part in racing cars all across Canada, and coaching his daughter’s softball team.
Jason is a family man, his wife and 3 kids have been in the Calgary area for many years.
Kaden is one of our Assistant Technicians and a valued member of the Big Ben Cleaning team. Before joining us, Kaden worked locally as a ski instructor at WinSport, where he enjoyed sharing his knowledge and helping others learn new skills.
Kaden brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn to his role. He enjoys taking on new challenges, gaining experience, and continuing to build his skills as part of our team.
Outside of work, Kaden enjoys spending time outdoors, playing games, and learning new things. Whether he is enjoying the outdoors or discovering something new, he likes to stay active and keep himself busy.
We’re happy to have Kaden as part of the Big Ben Cleaning team and look forward to watching him continue to grow and develop in his role!
Originally from the Fraser Valley in British Columbia, Stephanie has been in Calgary for 4 winters – and survived (actually loved it)! She’s new to the Big Ben and McKnight team, but has worked in customer service for tech companies and nonprofit organizations.
She loves helping customers find the information they need and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
When she isn’t at work she’s hanging out with friends playing board games, reading a book or finding a stretch of the Bow River to walk along.
Josh is one of our newest Lead Technicians at Big Ben Cleaning! He joined the Big Ben team in January 2026, bringing with him over five years of experience in the carpet cleaning industry.
Throughout his career, Josh has built a strong knowledge of professional carpet cleaning and has continued to expand his skills and experience.
Since joining our team, he has grown his portfolio to include furnace and duct cleaning as well, allowing him to provide customers with even more of the services they need to keep their homes clean and comfortable.
Josh takes pride in his work and is committed to providing a positive experience for every customer.
As a Lead Technician, he brings his experience, knowledge, and dedication to the team while helping ensure each job is completed with care and attention to detail.
When he’s not working, Josh is a busy family man. He enjoys spending time with his wife and five
children and can often be found keeping up with the many activities that come with a busy family life!
When he gets some time for himself, he also enjoys recreational hockey and staying active.

Colden has been one of our assistants since 2023. He enjoys staying active by hanging out with his friends, playing sports, and getting outside. He is currently a student at the University of Calgary, going into his third year studying finance.
